The medical supervised Semaglutide weight loss program administered following all present medical standards of care. There are contraindications to taking these medications and will be discussed with the patient at the initial visit.

Weight Loss Process
Groupon can only be used once per patient and only for initial visit. The length of the treatment depends how much weight you would like to loose.
01.
Your initial visit will include 1 on 1 meeting with a physician, blood work (pt can opt out), full description of medication profile and side effects.
02.
Follow up visit will entail going over blood results and initiation of injectable medication. Weekly injections which can be given in clinic or patient can opt to self administer.
03.
Monthly Doctor follow ups with vital signs and weight monitoring and potential monthly dose adjustments. The initial dosing and visit will be included in the Groupon Coupon.
04.
All subsequent monthly visits will be at regular pricing which can range from $175-400 a month (prices change according to the increase in the dose.)
